Behaviors (DISC)

HOW You Do What You Do

Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment.

A person's behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. DISC is the universal language of "how we act" or our observable human behavior.

This report measures four dimensions of normal behavior. They are:

  • How you respond to problems and challenges.
  • How you influence others to your point of view.
  • How you respond to the pace of the environment.
  • How you respond to rules and procedures set by others.

Behaviors: Know Thyself

The Behaviors (DISC) assessment measures how a person does what they do by looking at four factors:

  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Compliance

DISC creates a shared language around observable behavior, improving communication, engagement, and self-development.

Taking and understanding a DISC assessment helps people:

  • Minimize unnecessary conflict
  • Increase productivity and engagement
  • Enhance communication
  • Maximize their strengths
  • Develop self-awarenessĀ

Ready to take a DISC Assessment?
Organizational psychologist Dr. Tasha Eurichā€™s studies have found while most people believedĀ they were self-aware when measured, only 10%ā€“15% of them fit the criteria.
The other 85-90% are convinced that we understand ourselves and our impact on others.
This overconfidence can cause a lack of clarity about our values and goals and make us vulnerable to choices that arenā€™t in our best interests.
